First aid hemostatic bandage

This first aid hemostatic bandage effect is very good,

is also recommended for us to use, it is very durable,

and hemostatic effect is also good, we are now training with this.

The service attitude of the merchant is also very good.

Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T)

The C-A-T utilizes a durable windlass system with a free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Once adequately tightened, bleeding will cease and the windlass is locked into place. A Hook and Loop strap is then applied, securing the windlass to maintain pressure during casualty evacuation. The C-A-T’s unique dual securing system avoids the use of screws and clips which can become difficult to operate under survival stress or where fine motor skills are compromised.
Product Enhancements:

Kaolin Hemostatic Bandage

Kaolin is white in appearance and soft in texture, which can effectively stop bleeding in areas

such as femoral artery and vein transection already liver injury and joint site injury.

Kaolin is a kind of non-metallic mineral with the advantages of low price and abundant resources.

It does not contain allergens such as animal proteins or vegetable proteins, so it is not easy to have metamorphic reactions when in contact with wounds.

Kaolin stops bleeding rapidly, and its efficacy for moderate to severe hemostasis is comparable to that of feldspar hemostatic materials.

SOF TACTICAL TOURNIQUET

Safety set screw prevents accidental release of pressure during tactical patient movement. The screw is not
required to gain hemorrhage control, but it is recommended if the patient will be moved in a tactical environment.
